Start your week strong. This session is all about rhythm, pace, and form with technique drills, breathwork, and progressive intervals that leave you lighter and sharper than you came all explained at the start of the session for you to improve you run.
Thursdays at Albert’s (Castle Street), 6:30 PM
Built for challenge and progression. Expect elevation where possible, intensity and tempo sets that push your limits. Recover better, run harder, and build week on week.
